Navigation within customer card
Settings
You can customize the details of your customers in the customer card. Click the "General" tab and click through to the "Customers" section.
Then find the customer you want to modify in the list and select it.
Customerinfo
View the left side of the customer info card. All contact options can be filled in and changed.
Tasks
Down left shows the view of all planned tasks. New tasks can be made from here to place in calendar.
The title will be shown on the calendar. When you open the task in your calendar, you can view the address and description.
Navigation within customer card
Documents
The right side shows the documents first. You can filter in between which documents you would like to view first.
Work Address
The second tab displays work addresses that can be selected from your documents. To add a new work address, simply click on the button located in the top left corner of the screen.
Project
The third tab shows the projects and you can add one on the "+ Project".
When you click on a project, you will be able to access additional information and related documents.
Payments
By selecting the fourth tab labeled "payments", you can easily access an overview of all payments that have been processed or are pending. To review completed payments, navigate to the "history" section for a detailed record.
E-mails
Within the "e-mails" tab, you have access to all documents that have been sent specifically to this client.
Settings
Within this tab, you have the ability to personalize settings specifically for this client. For instance, you can adjust the default VAT rate or payment terms to better suit their needs.
Stats
Additionally, you can also access and view the statistics for further insights.
