How to connect my Striktly account to the digital mailbox.
In this article, we examine the integration between your Striktly platform and the digital mailbox. By linking the two, you can regularly export your purchase invoices, purchase orders, and credit notes from Striktly, facilitating seamless communication with your accountant.
What do you need to successfully use this integration:
- Striktly's Accountancy feature
- A designated email address for your digital mailbox
- The frequency at which you want to send these documents
Establish the connection:
- Log in to the admin panel and go to the "Integrations" tab.
- Navigate to the Digital mailbox and click on "Configure".
- You will be shown the following page:
- Enter a start date (all invoices from this date onwards will be exported).
- For document type, select "PDF".
- Select "Next".
On the next page, you can choose between manual or automatic export, we opt for automatic export.
- Adjust the frequency of exports. This can be daily, weekly or monthly.
- If you choose weekly or monthly, you can also specify the day on which the export should take place.
- After adjusting the settings, select "Next".
- You will be shown the following page:
- If you want to send all revenue and expense documents to the same e-mail address, enter the same e-mail address in both digital mailboxes.
There may be a separate mailbox for your purchase and sales invoices. Your accountant can help you with this!
- Select "Save".
